Not bad
I liked the gurgling while dying, is that weird?
The animation looked pretty good, and the blood is alright too. The blood looked a bit simple, which works with this animation, but if you're doing something more elaborate you should try to make some more and smaller blood drops.
Also try doing some different angles, and experimenting. That's something I should do more too...
Oh yeah, somebody might have answered already, but to not have to animate FBF you need to use tweens. To make a tween, first make two keyframes on the same layer. (Press F6 or right-click the frame and choose keyframe or something like that) Then if you do a shape tween, just draw something on both frames, click on a frame between the keyframes and choose "shape tween" down in the properties. When you play it, the first image should morph into the second one.
More common is the motion tween. Two keyframes again, same layer. Draw something on the first layer, and convert it into a symbol. (Press F8 or right-click and choose "convert to symbol") What you motion tween always has to be a symbol.
Now copy the symbol and paste it onto the second frame. Move it a bit from it's original position, change it's alpha, or resize it. then right-click onto the frames between the keyframes and choose "motion tween". Now it should move and resize as you play the frames.
Also important to remember is the ease. In the properties you can choose the ease for your tween. A high ease will make something slow down during the tween, a negative ease has the opposite effect. Easing can make your animations look more smooth.
Damn, that's a lotta writing. Hope that helps.
