Idea is pretty neat!

This was a pretty fun game to play through!
The idea has been seen before, but you made the game fun, with the expressions of the shapes showing their stability, and the mellow music too.

It's well coded, although the boxes bounce a lot more than you'd expect...
Also the solutions were often pretty obvious, you just had to have the stack hold up for 10 secs... Anyhow, it's fun when you've started a puzzle all wrong, and in the end it falls but ends up in a stable way anyhow!

Well, good idea and a very good game for a first.
Keep it up!

Idea is good.

The premise is good, but the actual game is kind of lacking.
The idea of being some kind of evil oil-baron, that is only after improving his incomes, is pretty fun. You show a lot of knowledge about the subject and about the global economy/history. So it was kind of educational too...
Also it's fun that it's not politically correct...
Also, you have included a lot of details like demonstrators, environmentalists, secret operations and corruption, which was cool to see in a game.
The visual design is nice and colorful, although the text is pretty small sometimes.

Game-wise it is way too easy though. There's a bug that makes the demand and amount of oil you're producing, always stay on the same level with each other, which was annoying. You could only see the real demand from the stats section.
Anyhow, the demand was always easy to meet, until you had made an oil tower on all of the oil fields available. Then there wasn't even much you could do!
The money quickly piled up and became meaningless. You could spend on elections and bribes, but the game only became a search for some place to spend the money...

What was good though was that you got to be involved in history, and that you even saw some events in the future.
Sadly I didn't play it completely through, as it became too boring at some point...
There should be more challenge in a game like this.

An eight, for the fresh idea and designs!

Hmm

Yeah, like many ppl stated there are many bugs. If you get trapped because of one you can right-click and choose commit suicide, to start from a checkpoint... This could've been mentioned in the description.
Ok, idea-wise the game is awesome. The over-all creepyness and mood is done well, and it has a pretty schizo feel. The screens telling you stuff are really cool, and the creepy comments too.
Game-play is relatively simple. The idea of playing as the red freak was cool, but to be honest I liked playing as the black dude more. The levels could have unexpected things happening, which was cool, and I like the puzzle aspect of the game too. But...
I tried as hard as I could, and I just couldn't get past the second part where you play as the red guy... You have a red guy in the gap at the start, one on the right and the elevator thing only stays up a couple of seconds... How the hell are you supposed to get the guy over???
There might be a load of levels after that for all I know, but it's annoying to get stuck right away...
Anyhow, the idea and feel are well done, and it's a pretty original game, kind of... There has been some similar stuff here though lately...
Well, good job, keep it up!

Thanks, I'll make an easier version and bug free version soon.

Pretty fun game!

It could use some music, but otherwise pretty challenging and creative game!
It's really cool how you've managed to make it 3D, and the perspective looks good.
Also the change of color theme according to level is cool.
The game-play is simple but fun. Dodging the cubes causes you to zig zag dangerously and you go "awwww" when you get hit.
Was good for a few runs!

Friggin epic man

This is just like the old school shmups, except that it's even cooler IMO!
Really challenging and fun game. I only got to the boss of the second level, but I'll be sure to play further.
I love the concept of upgrades, it makes the game more varying.
The screen is always filled with projectiles that you are evading, and the bosses are pretty difficult and make you memorize patterns and stay on guard like a twitchy drug addict...
Graphics look good, although the spinning background is a bit distracting I think...
Very good game, it seems to have a lot of effort put into it, and there's a lot to play!

Lovely concept!

I like the concept of traveling through or with the music.
The rhythm aspect was mostly filled by the blinking of the stars, and you usually didn't notice too much of it. The sync was cool to notice in the second song though!
Game-play is simple, but it works as something little to do while listening to the music. Also, it took me the first level to realize that you weren't supposed to touch the balls with the mouse, but to target them...
I liked the way the background moves with the mouse, and the backgrounds looked really awesome too! Things like the strings of AS flying about and the spinning helix added to the experience. Sometimes the BG was the same color as the balls though making it hard to spot them...

A very nice game to play through, everyone should try it. It doesn't really have any re-play value though...
Good job, keep it up!

96 secs...

Pretty cool game!
Idea is good although it has a relatively short life-span. In that way forever hunted is better.
The comments are really funny, and keep you playing a little while even when you start to get bored.
Game-play was good, and it was pretty fun to jump around on those bubbles. Also there where a lot of close-call situations which made it fun.
Music was alright.

got 5800p...

Not bad, shows you have potential, although there is much you can improve.
There is no music, that alone would make it much better. At least a little techno loop or something from the AP.
Graphics weren't special but not bad either.
I liked the shooting controls: You couldn't just keep the mouse button pressed and have auto-fire, instead you had to click on every shot. This made me think more on each shot, which was pretty cool. This was also encouraged with the bonus points from shooting many zombies with one shot.
There could have been more weapons, but you're probably still learning about scripting, so there's no hurry on such things. It's not like I could make a game either.
The level is a bit too small I think, would be better to have smaller characters and a bigger level.
Also for the future, think of different power-ups and levels.
Good job, I hope you keep improving!

Hey! I like this review - it's well thought out and in-depth!

If you guys really want music that much, I'll need to look into it for my next projects. I worked hard on the graphics to appease the most unreasonable members, and yes, the shooting controls were intentional that way. I was originally working on multiple weapons, but it caused me so much grief that in the end I abandoned it. In the future, I'll implement powerups, more levels, and more types of zombies, no worries!

:D

It's pretty good.

A pretty good game. I think the amount of effort used is really cool, but there are things that could've been better.

Up-sides:
The best things in this game IMO, where the drawings, voice acting and some of the referrences in there. Especially seeing a referrence to Kung Pow was pretty cool and surprising, and Dr Mocka was fun too. The mission animations were mostly only fun at the start of the game. Drawings were similar to the series and had kept the color theme and all, which is good.
Also, game-play worked well and there were different things to unlock and such.

Down-sides:
It gets pretty repetitive towards the end.
Most of the different patsies didn't really say anything fun, and the hench men didn't seem special other than referrences again. Like the VI thing...
The game gets very easy at some point. It starts to feel like it doesn't matter what you do, you get tons of money and have nothing to use it on, missions are all the same, and so are the waves of enemies that you don't even have to give much attention to later on.
All of the bases were pretty similar, I think the music should at least have changed in different bases...

The ending fight was kind of boring, but the end after that was cool.

It's a game with both pros and cons, it had some bugs but they didn't bother me, and it's strength was the small details.
Keep it up!

It's alright

Only way to play this is on "awesome". The other modes are so slow it's boring.

Idea is good, everyone likes air hockey!

On awesome mode it's kinda fun to try an hit the disk when it moves at manic speeds. Game-wise it gets a bit boring though, as it's pretty random and the music started to bug me too.

It's a neat idea, I remember a fun air hockey mini game in Beyond Good & Evil...
This one doesn't have a life-span as long as that one did... Someone should do flash game based on that mini game...
