Woot!

Alright the Maxxhi5 site, me and Leo are working on, has gone through a little face lift.
We lost all of the old posts in the process, but the forum is more organized now, with separate sections for different topics.
There's also a chat for registered users, and a download section that ANYONE can go to.
In the download section there are some simple VSTs that Leo's made, and the Maxxhi5 VST is there too.
We are working on different stuff, and are hoping to finish a space shooter-game at one point or another.
I'll also have some random images and flash there.

So check it out, and register if you like the place.

Hows the whistle status work? Nicely organized topics... what else am i spose to say? lol. Is leo doin the space shooter script? Lotsa questions...

Mmm, the easiest way to affect the whistle status is to spot an abusive review and rate it as abusive.
It can be hard to know what counts as abusive though, it was weighing reviews that gave my whistle a status of garbage in the first place. Rate as abusive if someone is being spammy(like chain letters or something like WOOOOTWOOOTWOOOT), if a review is racist or very unhelpful.

Another way is to find a stolen flash movie before it passes judgement, then you just need to blow the whistle on it.

Yeah, I know, there's not much for you at Maxxhi5 yet? I hope well get more ppl there when we get some games done or something...

The space shooter has a problem: It's extremely laggey. We either need to find a way to make it work faster, or we need to do the whole thing in flash. If we do it in flash, our other member, Voxxsounds would do the scripting. That would make things easier, but I have no idea of what Voxx thinks of this...

For you i always bother it's worth knowing what ur up too. So that's what a whistle status is! I watchd that random flash a while ago. Very good! I can't do much fbf. I thought you were doing the game in flash...if ur not what program are you doing it in? I've got an rpg maker program, though the coding is as easy as pie but it cant do much besides doors and enemys. One more question, how'd u get the random flash onto the web page? Do u need frontpage? Cause i was gonna get it. If i ever make a site im gonna make sure its not owned by another domain (eg myspace,freewebs etc...).Keep up the good work! Cya l8er!

Lol, sorry, I haven't been very clear about it.
I've been doing all the visuals (space ship, bullets, etc) in flash, and Leo has been coding it in .NET code, I think. Voxx was supposed to be responsible for the sound effects.
Weird though, is that neither Voxx or Leo has been at Maxxhi5 for a while now... So I don't know if they still want to continue the project in flash...

Anyhow .NET is a coding program that we've been using so far...

I've tried a couple game-maker programs but I didn't really like them. It usually seemed incredibly difficult to do the most simple things. Like just to get a character to appear, and stand on the ground could give you problems...

Huh? Frontpage??? Anyone who registers can upload flash at Maxxhi5. You just need to upload to an uploading-site first (e.g. Spamtheweb.com), then use the link you get to upload at Maxxhi5. If you ever want to upload there, you can just PM me for more detailed instructions.

Nice rnadmon image. The shine does make the nose a finger! It made me crack a smile-then i had a satisfied laugh ^-^
The rest is pretty awesome though! I'm probably gonna be getting a new sonic game soon, also whos u fave player in brawl? (if uve played it) Mines sonic^-^ then comes kirby then um... Bowser!
