To do a website with HTML code, all you need is the notebook application, which is on every Windows computer by default.

lol chacaron. Dude microsoft frontpage is a program that lets you make website pages (sort of) I personally don't hav it but yeah thats the le-jist of it. Um, sorta works like microsoft word.(if u know wat that is) btw: I srsly forget wot mandatory means XD
