Cute game!

The game was cute, and it was challenging. Figuring the puzzles out was fun, and I enjoyed the piggy as a character too. ^^ The music was nice too. :)
The game was nice and short. I like that it was short because I actually felt like playing it through. Puzzle games with 20-50 levels often tire me out and I just quit playing.
This was fun.

Woo! I beat it! :D

I liked this little game. :)
I liked how it wasn't too difficult, or too long. I would have gotten bored if it had 5 more levels to beat. I also think it was nice how you had to think of new strategies to beat different levels. The puzzles were well made. I kept forgetting that I could remove the blocks next to the yellow and purple ones, since they were only needed when placing the blocks. xD
Also the music was cute and fitted the game. I didn't get tired of it. :)
Over-all, good job! :D Especially for having been made in a day!

Cool idea

The controls worked fine for me, so I don't have anything to complain about that.
Playing through this person's life was cool, and you saw what happened in his life and saw him change as he got older. That idea was really nice.
I couldn't see the ending though, because of the pause bug...I didn't bother to start over.

Nice!

I loved this Touhou-style shooter a lot! It's not just a copy, fortunately it has additional features and a matt-likes-swords visual style. :3
I liked the upgrades and that you could see the hit box in focus mode. :D
The bullet patterns look awesome, and you have a lot of variety in enemies. The game is also challenging, but offers a way for less skilled players to enjoy the game.
There is a lot to play. Achieving S ranks, unlocking bonus characters and levels added to the lifetime of the game.
Over-all a very enjoyable game that has the player addicted for hours, if not days! :)

Cool :3

I really loved the music in this game, that alone kept me pretty entertained.
I liked the idea of different formations, and they actually worked well. It would've been useful to see which button corresponds to what formation though. Trying to find the right one caused me some lives.
I don't get what this had to do with butchers, I didn't spot them anywhere in the actual game. O.o
Anyway this was a fun and short little game. :)

Wow!

That's really fast paced. and fun to play! You just can't blink, or you'll go BOOM! xD
Very challenging, palm sweating and fun game! :D
The music is awesome too!
Great job!

Cool

The idea of the whole game being a boss battle hasn't been done a whole lot before.
I think it's mostly nice, but I don't like how you're obviously supposed to memorize the attacks and dodge accordingly. In the end that just takes a lot of time, but doesn't really require much skill. I got too annoyed to carry on after I died twice in the beams. You really can't clear that on your first time without simply being lucky.
The music is nice, and gameplay works just fine. Considering that this was made in 3 days (WOW, REALLY?! :O), it's really good. Well done! :)

Cool :)

It still needs some work though...
I was pleasantly surprised, cause I didn't expect much from a game mostly based on text. The story is a tad cliché, but it doesn't bother me. Especially since you have a good sense of humor and joke RPG games and about the game itself. :) So it's overall something fun to play. Good job! Oh also, this kinda reminded me of Kingdom of Loathing... Especially beating the bunny part. xD

I really liked the music in the game. It had some cute themes that went well with it.

I didn't get very far though I'm afraid... I found the game hard, as I spent all my monies (lol xD) in the weapon shop, and then had no way to recover. :( I got a game over while fighting a water elemental in the port town. (Raa-something-or-other) When you get a game over there's no resume button... That's kind of awkward. Also after the loader there was no play button so I had to choose play from the right click menu.

Keep it up! You definitely have a lot of potential to create some interesting games! :)

If you look at the credits, you'll see that Kingdom of Loathing was indeed an inspiration for the game. A lot of people say so without actually knowing, so I must be doing well on that front :P There is a back-to-menu button if you lose a battle, unless it happened to not work for the specific monster(s) you lost against. And there definitely is a play button. - Brian

Very nice! :)

This game reminds me a lot of the old Oddworld games, which I loved when they came out. :) The secret places are similarl in that you have to find places where you can go through a wall, but the hidden places were very easy to find in Insidia because each was marked by the three red dots, and were pretty much impossible to miss. Also the look and feel is similarly a tad grimey and there were dogs and bonesaws as obstacles in Oddworld too. So a subtle omage to those games maybe? ;) Might just be a coincidence tho. :P

Anyway, I loved the gameplay, especially the walljumping ability. :)
The secret rooms offered some challenge, but I think it's a bit too easy that you don't lose your items when you die.
I loved the music, and wished there would be some credits on them. :(
The ending wasn't much of a treat even tho I got all the secret switches on the first playthrough, but overall the game was nice to play and I am glad you made a pretty big map. :)
Keep it up, I'd love to play more games made by you! I hope you add some additional (and maybe optional) challenges in future games to give them more difficulty and playtime. :P

Hmm...

I think this game needs a lot of adjusting to be worth playing...
I didn't like the music very much, but I guess it was ok. The pixelated characters you are matching are made so big that they look like a slur of pixels... I thought that was pretty annoying. Also the little characters fighting above the game field were completely pointless, cause you never have a reason to look up there.
I also had a bug on the third level (the forest level above a village), where the game seemed to go on forever. The opponent's health was completely depleted long ago, but still the game wouldn't end.
There are some good things in there tho. I do like the idea of a puzzle game with upgrades, I've found those quite addictive before. This game just should've been more visually appealing and without bugs. Hopefully also a bigger puzzlefield. Then it would've been more enjoyable for me. :)
